We are a small, independent family real estate agency based in Los Alcázares.

We’re a Belgian couple who have been coming to Los Alcázares for over 25 years and decided to make it our permanent home in 2019. Today, we run our agency together as a family business, alongside our son, who went to school here in Spain. Because we live here ourselves, we truly know the area, the neighbourhoods and the local market.

Our main focus is the region of Murcia, especially Los Alcázares and the surrounding areas. We offer both resale properties and a wide range of new-build homes, carefully selected for our clients.

We believe buying a home in Spain should feel exciting — not complicated. That’s why we personally guide you through every step of the process, making it clear, transparent and stress-free.

In our portfolio you will find apartments, villas, townhouses, golf properties, and countryside homes — whether by the sea or inland. We make sure all properties are checked and that the necessary documentation is in order.

We assist our clients in Dutch, Spanish, French and English, so you can feel fully comfortable throughout the entire process.
