Key Holding
We will hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting tradesmen. We charge 150€ + VAT/Year for this service.
This service can be used to liaise with tradesmen and receive deliveries, gain access to the property to carryout maintenance and repairs or an emergency.
This service includes:
Two call-outs of 1 hour each, or
One call-out of a maximum of 2 hours.
Additional call-outs or extra hours worked will be charged separately.
